Vegan Thanksgiving Bonanza 2016

Starting, November 19th and going on through November 28th, Community Solidarity, Inc. will be organizing its largest endeavor to date; it will include parties, Food Shares, copious amounts of decadent meals, the sharing of clothing, books and the organized efforts of hundreds of community members.

This is our tenth annual Thanksgiving Bonanza! Our goal is to share a smorgasbord of vegan hot meals, groceries, winter clothing and Thanksgiving supplies with over 10,000 people in the week before, and the week after Thanksgiving, but we need your help to make this happen.

Your tax-deductible donation to Community Solidarity, Inc. will help those in need throughout the Long Island and NYC areas. To make a donation online, simply click on the adjacent "donate" button. For more information about our 501(c)(3) organization, view our full transparency/charity report on guidestar.org.

Thank you for your generous support. All funds donated are used to help us share greater amounts of nutritious foods, warm clothing and other necessities with those in need.

Our Philosophy.

Sharing hundreds of thousands of pounds of vegetarian groceries and vegan hot meals with the hungry every week - Community Solidarity proves that ending hunger and saving animals can go hand-in-hand. Learn how this plantbased movement is empowering communities to overcome poverty while improving the health of thousands. Then learn how you can help people, animals and the earth.
